The extended quasiparticle picture is adapted to non-Fermi systems by suggesting a Pad\'e approximation which interpolates between the known small scattering-rate expansion and deviation from Fermi energy. first two energy-weighted sum rules are shown be fulfilled independent of interpolating function for any selfenergy. For various models one-dimensional Fermions scattering with impurities quality spectral demonstrated reduced density matrix or momentum distribution reproduced not possessing jump at Though two-fold necessary realize density, itself sufficient description transport properties due cancellation divergent terms under integration. T-matrix leads delay time as particles spend in correlated state. This contributes an additional part conductivity presented zero finite temperatures. Besides localization certain impurity concentrations, shows maximum temperatures interpreted onset superconducting behaviour triggered impurities. Tan contact reveals same universal electron-electron scattering.
